Exploring Nature

Urban Ecology Center  Discover nature in the heart of the city.  The UEC offers classes, workshops and adventures for all ages, and has a resource center to help you make green choices when it comes to your home and garden.  Free wi-fi, coffee, a fireplace, lots of windows, couches and large tables also make it a comfortable place to spend an afternoon working on your laptop or reading a good book.

Mulberry Gap  Located in northwest Georgia, Mulberry Gap is a hiker’s or mountain biker’s dream.  Comfortable cabins and tent sites, hot meals cooked with love, steaming hot tubs to soak your happily sore muscles from a long day on the trails - it doesn’t get any better than this!  Miles of trails can be accessed right from the grounds.

Eagle Centre House Eagle Centre House Bed and Breakfast is an authentic replica of an 1846 Greek Revival style stagecoach inn, situated in the scenic Southern Kettle Moraine. They offer comfortable B&B lodging in Eagle near Old World Wisconsin and the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest.  This is a perfect “home base” for exploring in any season as it is near mountain bike, snowshoe, cross country ski, equestrian and hiking trails.  Riene, the proprietress, is warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable about area dining and destinations.  You won’t find lots of lace or teddy bears here - it is very elegant.  Some rooms feature large whirlpool tubs and/or fireplaces, and all have lovely country views.
